ln.getJobStatus(jobId) classifies a job (submitted / in-flight / completed / stalled / disputed / resolved) and exposes a refundable flag.

Paste a real job id from lightscan to see ln.getJobStatus(jobId)'s classification. The job-id is the numeric id from a JobSubmitted event (or a job's detail page).
